Base Rebuild - 5-Stage Finish
Our 5-stage finish provides a solid foundation for your boat rebuild. This entry-level option includes essential hull preparation, sanding, and a durable protective coating.
- Stage 1 -Complete Stripping of all components and stickers off the entire hull
- Stage 2 - Full Orbital Boat Sand
- Stage 3 - Repairs to Hull as required and spot prime ready for top coat
- Stage 4 - 3x Coats of Top Colour (2 colours - 1 x Exterior and 1 x Interior)
- Stage 5 - 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 wet sand followed by a cut and polish, final polish and wax.
Mid Rebuild - 7-Stage Finish
The 7-stage finish offers enhanced quality with additional sanding stages, primer application, and a superior finish coat for improved durability and appearance.
- Stage 1 -Complete Stripping of all components and stickers off the entire hull
- Stage 2 - Full Orbital Boat Sand
- Stage 3 - Repairs to Hull as required
- Stage 4 - 3x Coats of High Build
- Stage 5 - Full Boat Long Board Sanded
- Stage 6 - 3x Coats of Top Colour (2 colours - 1 x Exterior and 1 x Interior)
- Stage 7 - 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 wet sand followed by a cut and polish, final polish and wax.
Top Rebuild - 9-Stage Finish
Our premium 9-stage finish delivers a competition-ready hull with meticulous preparation, multiple primer and finish coats, and a flawless, mirror-like surface.

- Stage 3 - Repairs to Hull as required

Replacement Of All Components
Every component down to the last nut, bolt and washer is replaced with brand new parts.
We do not reuse old parts.
Existing Riggers and Backstays can be media blasted to remove all corrosion before heavy duty powder coating is applied to bring them back as new. If either need welding repairs, this would be at an additional cost.
All old parts will be boxed and returned to you on delivery of your rebuilt boat.
